摘　　要：随着我国报刊体制改革进程的推进,高校学报改革也逐渐进入了人们的视野。然而,高校学报作为一种学术期刊,无论是办刊体制和机制的形成,还是具体办刊方式的运作,都具有自身的特殊性。文章回顾了高校学报办刊历史,并对现状做了简要的叙述,对闭门办刊模式、综合性定位形成的原因,进行了深刻的思考,探寻高校学术期刊的发展改革之路。With the progress of China＇s system reform of newspapers and journals,the reform of college and university journals is becoming one of the concerns.College and university journals,as academic journals,have their own characteristics whether in respect of their running system and mechanism or in respect of their specific operations.The paper makes a review of both the history and status quo of college and university journals,then reflects on the reasons that those journals are comprehensiveness-oriented and not run with an open policy,and finally points out the way to reforming college and university journals.
