摘 要:二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)是一种优良的催化剂和强极性溶剂,工业价格高但具有毒性,因此DMAC废水处理回收过程的相关研究具有重要意义。采用循环法测定了常压下二甲基乙酰胺-水二元体系的汽液平衡实验数据,并对其进行了热力学一致性校验,同时回归了Wilson和NRTL活度系数方程的二元交互作用参数。通过误差对比,证明Wilson模型的拟合精度高,适用于关联二甲基乙酰胺-水体系,可用于低能耗、低污染的水吸收精馏法回收DMAC研究。Dimethylacetamide(DMAC) is a good catalyst and polar solvent, but it is high-priced and toxic, so the recycling process of DMAC is of great significance. The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of DMAC-H2O were measured by cyclic method in this paper. The binary interaction parameters of the Wilson and NRTL activity coefficient equation were regressed using the VLE. By comparing the error, Wilson model was demonstrated to fit better for this system. Wilson model can be used when water absorption distillation method was used to DMAC recovery with low energy consumption and low pollution .
