摘  要:油田开发后期,由于套管腐蚀、地层运移、注水压力波动等原因,注水井套管变形情况越来越严重,采取补贴加固措施后内径缩小,常规注水封隔器不能通过补贴段,无法实现分层注水。分析了几种小直径注水封隔器存在的技术缺陷,即:寿命短、耐温耐压能力低、无法实现不解封反洗井以解除注水量下降、测试遇阻等。参考国内有关封隔器设计研究的成果,从满足生产现场不解封反洗井的需要、提高密封胶筒耐温耐压能力等方面出发,研制了可不解封反洗井的压缩式Y341–95X可洗井注水封隔器,介绍了其结构特点、工作原理、性能参数、使用方法。现场应用表明:其结构新颖合理,性能优越稳定,能够满足套管补贴井分层注水的需要。Under the production tail,the casing deformation of the injection well becomes more and more seriousbecause of the casing corrosion,the formation movement,and the injection pressure fluctuation,and so on.Theinner diameter of the casing patch is reduced,the conventional injection packer does not pass through the reducedinner diameter of the casing patch,so the separate zone water injection can not be done.The paper discusses theexisting technique defaults for the several small diameter injection packers,i.e:short life,low capability for thetemperature tolerance and the over pressure resistance,and the tight pull under the well test,the inverse well flushingcan not be implemented without the unseating packer when using small diameter injection packers,too.Based onthe results of the domestic relative packer designs,the Y341–95X compression packer has been developed in thispaper,which makes inverse well clean possible without being unset.The features,work principle,performanceparameters and usages of the new packer are introduced.The field plication indicates:the packer can satisfy therequirement of the separate flood of the casing patch.
