摘　　要：高炉鼓风所含水份在热风炉加热过程中消耗热量,而且在冶炼过程中与焦碳发生吸热反应,如果能够有效地将高炉鼓风中含水量降低,能减少热量的损耗,提高高炉生铁产量。详细介绍了基于西门子S7-300 PLC的高炉鼓风除湿监控系统设计。针对高炉除湿系统的控制要求,重点阐述了系统的硬件和软件设计过程。该系统的运行,降低了能耗成本,产生了明显的经济效益。The quantity of heat is consumed for the blast contains moisture in the process of hot air stove heated,and the heat is consumed in the process of smelting.The heat loss is reduced and the pig iron output is increased by the moisture content is reduced.This paper elaborates the control and supervision system of blast furnace blowing dehumidification based on Siemens s7-300 PLC.According to the requirement,the hardware and software of the PLC control system are well designed.The operations of the system has reduced energy consumption and produced remarkable economic benefits.
