摘 要:随着中国报业的快速发展,报纸的新闻策划越来越引人注目。报纸定位策划是新闻策划的坐标,包含受众定位和功能定位两方面。而在办报中需要具体解决的问题就是报纸的版面策划。西藏地区的报纸主要分为党报、都市报和行业报,相对国内其他省区,西藏的社会稳定、经济发展、语言文化、地理环境等因素的差异性,决定了这里报业发展的特殊性。在版面策划上,应具有鲜明的个性,突破传统策划思维、注重地方民族特色策划,紧紧围绕西藏地区的政治、经济、文化建设,运用和创新新闻策划理念与方法,创办服务西藏经济社会发展的报纸。With the rapid development of chinese newspaper,the newspaper planning is attracting more and more attention. The orientation and planning is the base of news. The issue need to be resolved in practice is the editorial planning. Compared with other parts of our country,the difference of social stability,economic development,language,culture and geography in Tibet leads to the specialty of Tibetan newspaper. So the news planning of Tibetan newspapers should focus on its own characteristics, by breaking the traditional thinking mode,paying more attention on ethnic trait,centering on the political, economic and cultural construction,using new ideas and methods to serve the social and economic development of Tibet.
