摘　　要：随着西藏经济社会的发展,西藏的残疾人事业有了很大进步。但是,由于自然和社会等方面因素的制约,西藏残疾人就业问题仍很突出,需要各级政府和社会高度重视,并努力采取有效措施来促进残疾人就业,使残疾人能自食其力,并同健全人一道共享西藏经济社会发展的成果。With the economic and social development of Tibet,the work for people with disabilities in Tibet has made great progress. But because of the natural and social factors,the employment problem of disabled persons in Tibet still existed. The different levels of government and society should pay more attention and try their best to take effective measures to promote the employment of disabled persons so that they can support themselves and share the fruits of the economic and social development with normal people.
