摘  要:用旋转剪切破碎的方式,破碎危险废物多氯联苯电容器的工业化实验研究。结果表明,该装置破碎金属物料的效果优于颚式、锤式破碎机,且噪音也比冲击式破碎机小,粉尘逸出量也不大。破碎粒度比往复式剪断破碎机小,破碎后的物料粒度均匀。能在常温状态下破碎,经济性优于低温破碎。是国内第一台能处置多氯联苯电容器的转剪切破碎装置,为危险废物多氯联苯的工业化处置提供了重要技术保障。The industrialization experiment was performed,by rotate shearing to break hazardous waste PCBs condensers.The experimental results showed that the break effect of the device on metal was better than that of jaw crushers and hammer crushers.Its noise was lower than that of impact crushers.Its dust was little.The broken grain was smaller and uniformer than that of reciprocating breakers.The breaking could be done at room temperature.The device was cheaper than low temperature breakers.It was the first device for disposing PCBs condensers in China,which provided important technical support for the industrialized disposal of hazardous waste PCBs condensers.
