摘  要:针对方形平膜片在传统设计中存在的计算繁琐、效率低下和精度不高等缺陷,应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS12.0建立了方形平膜片有限元模型,研究了主要结构参数和载荷对弹性特性的影响规律。同时对方形平膜片的优化设计参数进行了分析,并利用软件ANSYS12.0的优化设计模块对方形平膜片的主要参数进行了优化设计,分析表明优化后的主要性能指标得到了进一步的改进,提高了弹性元件的设计精度。该方法对于仪器仪表中其它弹性元件参数优化设计具有一定借鉴意义和实用价值。As to the defects that exist in the traditional design of square fiat diaphragm, such as complicated calculation, low efficiency, low accuracy and so on, ANSYS is used to establish the finite element model of square flat diaphragm and the method about its elastic characteristics analysis and optimization design is proposed. In the method, the elastic characteristics of a square fiat diaphragm with clamped boundary and the distribution of stress and displacement of elastomer are simulated and analyzed by ANSYS. The rule that the structure size parameters and loads affect the elastic characteristics of elastomer is studied by the calculation of stress, strain, and static, and through the optimization design of the model, the diaphragm performance is further optimized and the design accuracy and efficiency of elastic components are improved. The method has some guidance and practical value to the parameter optimization design of elastic components used by apparatuses and instruments.
