摘　　要：针对某公司二极管端子压装的送料工序设计了一个自动化改造方案,分析了对二极管进行排序、传输、分离、检测、送料、压装等的实现方法,并介绍了其气动系统及PLC控制系统。该改造方案的设计思路也能运用于其它小型元器件的送料工序。Study on diode terminal pressing feeding process, an automation retrofit was designed. The paper analyzed the realization of sorting, separation, detection, transmission, feeding and pressing of diode, and introduced its pneumatic system and PLC control system. On the other hand, the approach to the automatic scheme can be applied to the similar works.
