摘 要:要保证电梯运行质量、服务于爆炸性环境下的防爆电梯,必须具有可靠的防爆品质。由于标准缺失,目前防爆品质的电梯安全技术标准研究只局限于电气类防爆要求,而忽略了其非电气部分,存在安全隐患。本文介绍了欧盟ATEX防爆指令及非电气设备防爆标准的主要内容,并结合电梯的特点分析了其对防爆电梯安全技术研究的借鉴及指导作用,对完善防爆电梯的非电气防爆要求,促进防爆电梯安全技术发展具有参考意义。To guaranty the operation quality, elevators serve in explosive environment should have reliable explosive proof characteristics. Due to the absence of standards, researches on safety techniques of explosive proof elevator so far are limited to electrical components, while the researches on non-electrical component are ignored, which lead to the existence of hidden danger in explosive-proof elevator products. In this paper, the ATEX directives and EN standards of non-electrical equipment for use explosive-proof product are introduced, and their guidance to the researches on safety techniques of explosive-proof elevator is analyzed in combination with the characteristic of elevators. The results will benefit the development of non-electrical explosion proof requirements and the research on safety technology for elevators.
