PPH治疗急性嵌顿痔的疗效分析

摘　　要：为探讨痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术（PPH）治疗急性嵌顿痔的疗效，本研究对41例急性嵌顿痔患者行PPH治疗，从手术时间、术后疼痛指数、术后并发症、住院时间、术后日常工作恢复时间等方面进行分析。结果显示，41例手术过程顺利。平均手术时间为（20．0±5．0）min。术后平均疼痛指数为（4．6±1．6）分；术后平均出血评分为（0．38±0．05）分；发生尿潴留7例（17．1％），肛缘水肿4例（9．8％）。平均住院时间为（9．7±2．4）d；患者术后日常工作恢复时间为（10±8）d。患者术后满意度评分为（1．5±1．0）分。术后随访6个月，痊愈率为90．2％（37／41）。结果表明，PPH是一种治疗急性嵌顿痔安全有效的方法。This study analysed operative time, postoperative pain index score rating, postoperative complication, hospitalization duration, and recovery time for daily work after operation, and so on, of 41 patients with acute incarcerated hemorrhoids subjected to PPH, so as to investigate the therapeutic effect of PPH for this hemorrhoids. As results, their operations were performed smoothly, average operative time was （20.0±5.0）min, postoperative average pain index was （4. 6±1. 6）points, average bleeding score rating was （0.38±0.05）points;uroschesis occurred in 7 cases（17.1%） ,edema at anal edge in 4 cases（9.8%） ;average hospitalization duration was （9.7±2.4）days,recovery time for daily work after operation was （10± 8）days;postoperative satisfactory degree score of patients was （1.5±1.0）points;whithin 6 months of follow-up,curative rate was 90.2%（37/41）. Results show that PPH is a safe and effective therapy for acute incarcerated hemorrhoids.
