摘 要:为探讨生物可分解吻合环在急诊肠梗阻患者行一期切除吻合术中的应用价值,回顾分析2006-2010年使用生物可分解吻合环行一期切除吻合术的25例急诊肠梗阻患者资料。结果显示,全组术中吻合过程均顺利,无手术死亡,创口感染2例,无吻合口漏、吻合口狭窄发生。结果表明,应用生物可分解吻合环行肠梗阻手术可提高吻合成功率,减少并发症,且操作简单、安全、省时.是一种理想的方法。The objective of this study was to explore the applicable value of biofragmentable anastomosis ring(BAR) in the primary resection anastomosis for intestinal obstruction. Authors analysed retrospectively the data of 25 patients with acute intestinal obstruction who had been subjected to BAR from 2006 to 2010 yr. As results, anastomosis of all patients was smoothly performed, no operative death occurred, wound infection was in 2 cases, also, no stoma leakage and stoma stenosis occurred. Results show that using this ring(BAR) for performing intestinal obstruction operation can increase the success rate of anastomosis, decrease complication, and is of simple manipulation, safety, less time, thus this is an ideal procedure.
