黄连甘乳膏在肛肠病术后应用对创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：为观察黄连甘乳膏在肛肠病术后应用对创面愈合的影响，将240例肛肠病术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用常规换药，治疗组在常规换药基础上加用黄连甘乳膏，比较两组创面愈合时间。结果显示，治疗组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，黄连甘乳膏对肛肠病术后创面有良好促愈合作用。The objective of this study was to observe the influence of postoperative using HuanglianGanru ointment on wound surface healing of anorectal diseases patients. The 240 patients,who had been received anorectal operation,were divided randomly into two groups： i. e control group received routine dressing, treatment group was added HuanglianGanru ointment on the basis of routine dressing; the healing time of both groups was compared each other. As results, the healing time of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that this ointment has better promotion for postoperative wound-surface healing in anorectal patients.
