摘　　要：气相色谱图像与物理化学特性一样,是评估精油质量的参数之一。着重介绍了精油标准中气相色谱图像的建立与应用,并通过对我国已有的香料标准进行整理,总结了我国已建立气相色谱图像的精油标准。Chromatography profile,the same as physicochemical properties,is one of the parameters to evaluate the quality of essential oils.Emphasis was put on the preparation and ultilization of chromatographic profiles in essential oil standards.And by summing up the domestic fragrance and flavor standards,the essential oil standards with chromatographic profiles were summarized.
