摘  要:近年来我国电弧炉炼钢产量不断增加,但是由于我国电炉钢生产所需废钢和电能成本较高,电炉钢在粗钢总产量中所占比重不断下降,到2008年降至10%左右,远低于世界约30%的平均水平。分析了电弧炉炼钢过程中能量的构成,得出电弧炉炼钢的能源供应包括电能和辅助能源;重点介绍了我国电弧炉炼钢节能技术的概况,包括电弧炉容量大型化、优化炉料结构技术、节电技术、强化冶炼技术、余热利用技术等五个方面。In recent years, the production of eaf steel increases unceasingly in China, but because of the high cost of the scrap steel and electricity, the ratio of eaf steel to crude steel falls to about 10% after 2008, far lower than average level of about 30% in the world. The energy composition of EAF steelmaking process was analyzed, which is constituted by electric energy and auxiliary energy; the energysaving technologies of EAF steelmaking in China was introduced, including five aspects as follows: large-scale capacity of EAF, EAF burden structure optimization technology, energy-saving technology, oxygen strengthening technology and waste heat utilization technology.
