摘 要:针对一台立式燃油热水锅炉的结构特点,设计了在炉膛安装燃烧反应器对锅炉进行节能改造的方案,通过流体计算软件Fluent对锅炉改造前后的燃烧换热状况进行了数值计算,并进行了锅炉改造前后热平衡对比试验,数值计算和试验结果基本一致。改造后提高了炉膛辐射换热量,增加了热烟气在炉内的停留时间,改变了原来锅炉炉膛受热不均的状况,换热更为充分,排烟温度明显降低,锅炉热效率显著提高。This article analyses the construction features of a vertical oil-fired boiler for hot water. A transform scheme was designed for the boiler to save energy. Numerical simulation was carried out for the combustion and heat transfer condition of the boiler before and after trans- formation by Computational Fluid Dynamics software Fluent, and different heat balance experiments also were carried out for contrast. The numerical calculation was agreed with the experimental study basically. Because the radiation heat transfer is enhanced and the residence time of hot gas in the furnace increases by adding the reactor, the temperature profile in the boiler furnace is more uniform and the exhaust gas tem- perature is lower at the exit of the boiler, so the thermal efficiency is improved remarkably.
