摘 要:提出了高效液相色谱测定聚乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂中聚乙二醇含量的方法。样品以C18硅胶键合柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为固定相,以甲醇-水(90+10)溶液为流动相分离,用电雾式检测器测定。不同相对分子质量聚乙二醇质量的对数值均在0.08~3.2μg范围内与其峰面积的对数值呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)在6~7ng之间。方法用于聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚分析,加标回收率分别为101.6%和104.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5.0%。HPLC was applied to the determination of polyethylene glycol in polyethoxylation nonionic surfactants. Polyethylene glycols with different relative molecular masses were separated on the C18 silica gel bonding column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm). A mixture of methanol and water mixed in the ratio of 90 to 10 (by volume) was used as mobile phase. Charged aerosol detector (CAD) was used in the determination. Linear relationships between logarithmic values of peak area and mass of polyethylene glycols with the different relative molecular were kept in the same range of 0. 08-3. 2 μg. Detection limit of (3S/N) of the method was found in the range of 6- 7 ng. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of polyoxyethylene ether and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, values of recovery found were 101.6% and 104. 7% respectively. Values of RSD's (n=6) were less than 5.0%.
