摘　　要：目的研究鼠巨细胞病毒(murine cytomegalovirus,MCMV)感染的不同时期细胞因子热休克蛋白70(heat shockprotein 70,HSP70)在小鼠睾丸组织中的表达,探讨HSP70在MCMV致病机制及机体抵御MCMV感染中的可能作用。方法建立小鼠睾丸MCMV急性感染模型,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测不同感染时段的睾丸组织内HSP70的表达与定位,分析其表达情况与病毒增殖及睾丸病变程度的相关性。结果接种病毒后不同时期的睾丸组织中HSP70表达程度不同,MCMV感染第1天起其表达开始增加(P<0.01),感染的第6～9天增至高峰(P<0.01),此时MCMV增殖程度最重,睾丸组织发生最为严重的病理性炎性改变。随感染时间延长,HSP70表达水平下降,病毒增殖减少,睾丸组织病损程度减轻。结论 MCMV感染时,HSP70在睾丸组织中的表达与MCMV增殖及睾丸组织病变程度相关,提示HSP70可能参与MCMV感染的致病机制及机体抵御MCMV感染机制。Objective To study the expression of HSP70 in different periods of MCMV infection in mouse testes and discuss pos- sible functions of HSP70 in the pathogenic mechanism of MCMV and organismsresistance to MCMV infection. Methods Following the establishment of a murine testieular MCMV infection model, experimental and control groups were set up. In different periods of MCMV infection and using immunohistochemical SP method, the expression levels and location of HSP70 in testicular tissue were detected to ex- plore its relationship with MCMV expression and testicular tissue lesions. Results After mouse testes had been inoculated with virus, the level of HSP70 expression varied with the period of infection. It began to increase from D1 PI （P 〈0.01 ）and reached maximum in I）6 - D9 PI （ P 〈 0.01 ）. At this time MCMV achieved its greatest proliferation while testis underwent the most serious pathological inflamma- tory changes. As infection continued, the expression of HSP70 was reduced, virus multiplication slowed down, and the lesion level of tes- tis decreased. Conclusions The expression of MCMV - infected HSP70 in testis is related to MCMV multiplication and the level of tes- ticular lesions. HSP70 possibly contributes to the pathogenic mechanism of MCMV and organisms＇ resistance to MCMV infection.
