摘　　要：目的评价经关节突入路手术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法收集15例采用经关节突入路手术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,对患者术前、术后VAS、ODI评分结果进行比较。结果 15例随访12～28个月,平均随访21.2个月,VAS评分术前为(7.5±1.36)分,术后为(2.0±0.9)分;ODI评分术前为(41.2±5.3)分,术后为(12.1±2.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经关节突入路手术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症可获得良好疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical results of surgical treatment of far lateral lumbar disc herniation, via the articu- lar process approach. Methods The data of 15 patients with far lateral lumbar disc herniation surgically treated via the articular process approach were collected. Pre -operative and post -operative VAS indexes and ODI indexes were compared. Results All the cases were followed up from 12 to 28 months（ mean 21.2 months）. VAS and ODI indexes showed significant difference between pre - operative and post - operative conditions. Conclusions The articular process approach produces good results in treating patients with far lateral lumbar disc herniation.
