安脱达尘螨疫苗免疫治疗变应性鼻炎疗效、安全性和依从性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)疗效、安全性及依从性的关系。方法对250例AR患者采用安脱达尘螨疫苗制剂进行免疫治疗,观察其症状、体征和治疗效果,并进行了分等级评分。结果对治疗1年以上患者的症状、体征积分等进行统计,治疗16周、6个月、1年后的总有效率分别为90.0%、85.8%、84.7%;250例治疗1年后停止治疗66例,依从率为73.6%。结论对AR患者规范的特异性免疫治疗是一种安全性高且有效的对因治疗方法,在变应性鼻炎的综合治疗中值得重视和推广,同时要加强患者健康教育来提高治疗依从性。Objective To evaluate the efficacy, safety and compliance of specific immunotherapy in allergic rhinitis. Methods 250 patients with allergic rhinitis received immunotherapy. Their symptoms, signs and treatment efficacy were scored. Results After treatment of three months, 6 months,and I year,the total effective rate was 90.0% , 85.8%, and 84.7% ,respective- ly. 66 of the 250 treated patients stopped treatment after one year and the compliance rate was 73.6%. Conclusions Specific immunotherapy is a safe and effective method for comprehensive treatment of allergic rhinitis. It is to be used more extensively while health education of patients on improved treatment compliance should be. strengthened.
