左卡尼汀对血液透析低血压和心功能不全的改善作用

摘　　要：目的研究左卡尼汀对透析低血压和心功能不全的影响。方法采用自身前后对照的前瞻性研究方法,分别于每次透析后静脉注射左卡尼汀,前2个月每次2.0g,以后每次1.0g,分别观察治疗前1周内和治疗1个月后的1周内、治疗2个月后的1周内、治疗3个月后的1周内、治疗4个月后的1周内的患者血压情况、低血压发生次数、低血压症状及心功能不全情况。结果应用左卡尼汀1个月后可见对透析低血压的改善作用,2个月后达高峰,3个月后心功能明显改善。结论左卡尼汀可有效预防透析低血压的发生,有效地改善心功能不全。Objective To investigate the effect of levocarnitine on intradialytic hypotension （IH） and heart failure （HF） . Methods The persptective stuty of own control of the patients who were injected 2. 0 levocarnitine after hemodialysis （HD） every times at the first two months,then,the patients were injetcted 1. 0 levocarnitine. Observe the incidence of hypotension and the frequency of HI and the situation of the heart failure. Results The inprovement effect of the intradialytic hypotension were found after the first month of using of levocarnitine,the best improvment after the second month. The heart failure were remakablely imprvoved after the third month. Conclusion The levocarnitine can improve the heart failure and effectivly prevent intradialytic hypotension.
