铁路运输产品的物品属性及供给分析

摘　　要：从需求方角度分析,物品本身的特性决定着物品供给的条件[1]。通过对公共物品理论的回顾,将铁路运输产品归类为准公共物品中的混合物品;从物品供给角度,通过对不可分性的讨论表明,在铁路运输产品的供给方式中,集体供给具有明显优势。而针对我国铁路现有运营情况的经济学供需分析,直观地显示了铁路运输对我国经济发展的"瓶颈"制约,其原因在于铁路建设资金的不足。在我国建设和完善综合交通运输体系的过程中,应突出铁路的技术经济优势,通过进一步推进铁路投融资体制改革,转变现有盈利模式,吸引市场资金的进入,解决铁路建设资金不足问题,加大铁路在综合交通运输体系中的比重。From the demand perspective,the characteristics of the goods determine its supply conditions.Through a review of the public goods theory,is the product of rail transport classified as the mixed goods.From the supply perspective,and through the discussion of inseparability,the collective supply has obvious advantage in the rail transport products.But for the economics analysis of supply and demand of China＇ existing railway operations,the ＂bottle neck＂ of the rail transport effected on China＇s economic development is visually showed.The reason is lack of funds for railway construction.In the construction and improvement process of our countrys integrated transportation system,we should focus on the technical and economic advantages of railway,further promote the reform of our railway investment and financing system,and transform the current profit model,so as to attract market capital to solve the problem of inadequate railway construction funds and increase the proportion of railway in our integrated transportation system.
