扶他林乳胶剂治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较研究扶他林乳胶剂和局部封闭治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例),分别给予扶他林乳胶剂治疗和局部封闭1次。治疗前后分别记录患者疼痛的分数。结果:扶他林乳胶剂能明显改善患者的临床症状与体征,治疗1周后,治疗组疼痛改善情况与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),总有效率治疗组与对照组无明显差异,治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组为88.89%。结论:扶他林乳胶剂治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效好,是一种较好的治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的外用药。Objective： To compare and research the clinical effect of Votalin emulsion and treatment of local block in curing stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid. Methods： 90 patients with stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid were randomly divided into treatment group （45 cases） and control group （45 cases）, respectively given Votalin emulsion and treatment of local block. The pain scores of patients were observed respectively before and after the treatment. Results： Votalin emulsion could improve the clinical symptoms and signs significantly. After treatment for one week, its improvement for pain was the same as the control group. And there was no obvious difference between the two gruops in total effective rate, which of treatment group was 86.67%, while that of the control group was 88.89%. Conclusion： Votalin emulsion is effective for the treatment of stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid.
