摘　　要：目的:了解我院抗菌药物应用情况,为临床规范合理应用抗菌药物和医院对抗菌药物的管理提供参考。方法:对270份归档病历的抗菌药物应用情况进行统计和分析。结果:共239例患者使用抗菌药物,占88.5%(239/270);预防感染用药136例,占50.4%(136/270);不合理使用抗菌药物77例,占28.5%(77/270)。结论:我院抗菌药物的使用存在一些不足之处,还需要加强管理和规范。Objective： To understand the application of antibiotics in our hospital and thus provide suggestions for reasonable application and good management of antibiotics. Methods： The antimicrobial drugs application of 270 archived medical records were analyzed. Results： Antimicrobial drugs were used in 239 cases of patients, with the rate of 88.5% （239/ 270）, Antimicrobial drugs were used to prevent infection in 136 cases, with the rate of 50.4% （136/270） and which were used of irrationally in 77 cases, with the rate of 28.5% （77/270）. Conclusion： There are some shortcomings in the use of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital, which is still need to strengthen management.
