摘 要:为了更加敏捷地满足客户的需求,拓展业务,提供灵活的业务捆绑、计费策略和交叉优惠模式,在此提出了一种具有高动态扩展性的融合计费引擎设计方法。该方法设计了一种统一的业务计费接口,并应用动态和静态结合的技术,将各种计费策略组件化。通过在不同计费场景下对各种计费策略进行测试,证明了该设计方法具有高度可扩展的计费架构,强大的灵活性,并能完全兼容已有计费策略实现。该引擎可以极大地提升系统计费策略的表达能力和扩展性,有助于实现全业务支撑的融合计费模式,为运营商提供强大的运营支撑能力,方便其业务的快速推广和拓展。Full-service integration has brought great opportunities and challenges to the telecom operators. To meet the requirement of customer more agile and expand their business, a highly dynamic and extensible convergent charging engine is presented, in which a uniform charging interface is proposed and a dynamic and static hybrid implementation is utilized to con- vert the charging strategies to be components. It is proved that such a method is highly extensible, flexible and fully compati- ble with existing charging model via testing under various charging environments. The engine can greatly improve the system capacity and scalability of the charging rule expression leading to convergent charging model supporting integration of full service, provide operators with powerful support capabilities, and speed up their business expand.
