摘　　要：文章提出了一种基于参数化技术的零件尺寸公差变型设计方法。对零件参数化模型中的尺寸公差信息表达、提取与标注方法进行了研究,将尺寸公差变型设计方法与尺寸变型设计方法进行集成,实现了零件尺寸与尺寸公差的同步变型设计。利用VC++软件,对三维参数化设计软件SolidWorks进行二次开发,开发了与SolidWorks集成的零件尺寸与尺寸公差集成变型设计插件。以轴类零件为例,对提出的方法和开发的插件进行了应用验证。A variant dimension tolerance design method for a part based on parametric technology is put forward. The investigation into the expression of dimension tolerance information, the establishment of parameter model, and the notation of tolerance information are carried out. Variant dimension design and variant tolerance design are realized in the same time. The parameter design software SolidWorks is re-developed with VC＋＋. A software module integrated into SolidWorks is developed as well. A shaft part example is used to validate the proposed methods and the developed module.
