摘　　要：对国内7家橡胶生产厂生产的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)1502,进行了分子量及分布、微观结构、生胶性能及硫化性能对比分析。与国内同类产品相比,质量尚存在差异,但都满足优等品指标,其数均、重均分子量偏低,分子量分布较宽;结构与组成基本一致;挥发分质量分数、灰分质量分数、有机酸、皂、结合苯乙烯含量结果基本一致;B、F、G厂的样品硫化速度指数高,硫化速度快,25min和35min 300%定伸应力偏高;25min的300%定伸应力在国家标准中M值因各厂不同,工艺存在差异,因此,数据差异较大;撕裂强度除C厂较低外,其余厂家的基本相当;拉伸强度、扯断伸长率处于同一水平。The molecular,distribution,raw rubber property and sulfuration property of styrene-butadiene（SBR） 1502 produced by 7rubber producers inland were analyzed and compared.The products were a little disparity but content with indexes of high-class products compared to the like products.The number-average and weight-average molar mass were a little lower.The distribution of molecular was wide.The structure and composing were accordance.The volatiles,ash content,organic acid,styrene content were accordance.The curingprocess rate of samples from B,F and G plant is fast.The tensile stress at 25min and 35min 300% was a little high.The tensile stress at 25min 300% was different because technique was different in plants.The tear strength were equal except plant C.The tensile strength and elongation at break were equal.
