甲磺酸催化芳香化合物的酯化反应研究

摘　　要：以芳香族羧酸和乙醇为原料,甲磺酸为催化剂,通过酯化反应合成了一系列芳香族酯类化合物。考察了醇酸摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂的量、带水剂等条件对反应的影响,确定了反应的最佳条件：醇酸摩尔比为6∶1,反应时间6h,催化剂20（mol）%,环己烷为带水剂,产率可达85%-96%。产品经红外光谱表征为目标化合物。A series of aromatic esters were synthesized with aromatic carboxylic acids and ethanol as raw materials,methanesulfonic acid as catalyst.The synthesis conditions were explored,and the optimal conditions were determined as follows： the molar ratio of aromatic carboxylic acids to ethanol was 6∶1,reaction time was 6h,the amount of catalyst was 20（mol）%,cyclohexane as water carrier.With above conditions,the yield of products was 85%~95%.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR spectrum.
