摘　　要：在全球化过程中,现代民族国家尤其是后发展国家面临着"去中心化"的威胁,国家认同出现严重危机。国家认同与国家安全是一个问题的两个方面:对公民而言是认同危机,对国家而言则是安全危机。为了维护国家的生存与发展,后发展国家不得不同时完成构建民族国家和融入全球社会这两大任务。在全球化时代,国家认同变得困难重重。领土分割在后现代的全球化时代已不再具有同等重要的意义。民族存在于多层治理体系的世界之中,作为一个民族,我们是谁,我们代表着什么,这些问题都希望得到解答,这些问题也变得更加开放,而且是必须回答的问题。Modern national states,especially the later developed states are facing the threat of ＂decentralization＂ in the process of globalization,so that national identity has met serious crisis.National identity and national security is a problem reflected in two aspects： in terms of a citizen,it is the crisis of identity,in terms of a state,it is a crisis of security.In order to safeguard the country＇s survival and development,the later developed states had to realize both the building of national states and the integration into the global community at the same time.In the era of globalization,national identity has met great difficulties.Territorial division is no longer of the same significance in the post-modern era of globalization.Nation exits in the multi-level governing system of the world that,as an ethnic group,who are we,and what we represent,etc.are the questions to be solved and at the same time,these problems become more open and should be answered inevitably.
