摘　　要：结合造纸生产过程中的打浆案例,介绍南通华严磨片研究中心与纸厂共同探索,分析纸浆纤维的特性,在对进口双盘磨浆机磨片国产化实践中优化齿型及打浆工艺,采用粗表面多元合金磨片,改善纸浆纤维分丝帚化,同步降低打浆电耗的思路与实践过程。The paper production process refining case,introduce Nantong huayan refining plate research center and to explore,analyze the characteristics of pulp fibers,imported disc refiner in the donmestic practice refining plates and optimization pupling process,the coarse surface of the multi-alloy refining plates,improved pulp fiber fibrillation,synchronization to reduce power consumption refining ideas and practice.
