摘  要:利用非参数的Malmquist生产率指数方法对2004—2009年中国工业行业R&D创新全要素生产率(TFP)的变动进行测算,进一步分析了TFP变动的时序特征、动力源泉及行业差异。研究表明:2004—2009年中国工业行业R&D创新TFP整体上呈现技术进步与技术效率共同推进的"双驱动"增长模式,其动力主要来源于技术推进,效率驱动作用较小;工业行业R&D创新TFP增长存在显著的时序和行业差异,且资本密集型行业R&D创新TFP整体水平要高于劳动密集型行业,但中国工业行业R&D创新TFP增长的差异有进一步缩小的趋势。By means of the non-parametric Malmquist productivity index method, this paper measures the change of the total factor productivity (TFP) of Chinese Industrial R&D innovation during the years from 2004 to 2009. And it further analyzes its timing characteristics, the power source and the inter-industry difference. The results show that: from 2004 to 2009, Chinese Industrial R&D innovation and TFP presents the "double-driven" growth model, both powered by the technology progress as well as the technical efficiency at the same time. The technological progress is the main force, while the efficiency improves less. Besides, the TFP growth of Chinese Industrial R&D innovation is significantly featured by timing & inter-industry difference. Meanwhile, the overall level of R&D innovation TFP among the capital-intensive industries is higher than that in the labor-intensive ones. However, the growth difference of Chinese Industrial R&D innovation TFP is gradually being narrowed down.
