摘　　要：关系资本不仅对集群制造企业技术创新绩效发挥着显著作用,而且对构成集群制造企业智力资本的另外两个要素——人力资本、结构资本也有积极的影响。集群制造企业的发展离不开对集群共享性资源的充分利用,依托本地网络展开集群学习和超本地网络展开超集群学习是目前集群制造企业普遍认同的成长路径。然而对纵向关系资本的过分依赖会抑制集群制造企业自身管理能力的提高;集群制造企业基于专业化分工展开的纵向战略合作还有待加强,基于区域专业化产业协同创新的体系还没有建立。传统集群制造企业应该充分利用关系资本不断调整集群内学习机制、组织机制、专业型人力资本建设机制等内在协调发展机制,加速自身由加工制造型向创新型转型的进程。Not only the influence of relation capital on manufacturing members of industry cluster＇s technological innovation performance is significant,but also the influence of relation capital on human capital and organization capital is significant.At present,the development of manufacturing members of industry cluster can not be separated from full use of cluster shared resource.It is the key growth path for the manufacturing members of industry cluster relying clusters learning through local network and beyond clusters learning through differentiated network.The over dependence on vertical relation capital will inhibit manufacturing members of industry cluster raise their own managerial capability.The vertical strategic cooperation which based on specialization needs to be strengthened.The innovation system which based on regional specialization industry cooperation is still not established.It is necessary to improve innovation network making plenty use of relation capital for traditional manufacturing members of industry cluster.On this basis,we can adjust internal mechanism for coordination and development of industry cluster constantly,such as cluster learning mechanism,cluster organization mechanism,cluster professional human capital-building mechanism,and so on.It is the key way for manufacturing members of industry cluster to change from machine-type to innovation-type.
