摘  要:目的探讨经皮穿刺低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可行性及临床疗效。方法回顾分析2009-01~2010-10收治的47例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用经皮穿刺低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术进行治疗,计算手术时间、出血量、住院时间。在术前、术后1 h、1 d、2 d、3 d、3个月、1年时采用疼痛VAS和ODI评分标准进行评定。术后3个月和1年随访临床疗效结果判定参考改良Macnab标准。结果本组患者手术时间(20±10)min,出血量(4±1)ml,住院时间(4±1)d,随访时间(15±2)个月。手术前、后VAS和ODI评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮穿刺低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有操作简便、安全、疗效好的优点。Objective To explore the clinical effect and feasibility of treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by low - temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty. Methods A total of 47 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation between January 2009 and October 2010 were reviewed retrospectively. These patients were treated by low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty, the operation time, the blood loss and the length of stay were counted. Just before and at 1 h, 1 d,2 d,3 d,3 months and I year after the treatment, the low lumbar pain and functions were evaluated by using the visual analogue scales (VAS) and the Oswestry disability index (ODI). The effects were evaluated by using Macnab standard at 3 months and 1 year after operation. Restilts The operative time was (20 ± 10) minutes, the blood loss was (4 ± 1 ) ml, the length of stay was (4 ± 1 ) d. All the patients were followed-up for (15 ± 2)months. There were statistically significant differences between the preoperative and the postoperative scores ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The pereutaneous low - temperature plasma radiofre- quency ablation nucleoplasty for lumbar intervertebral disc bemiation has advantages of simple operation, safty, excellent curative effect.
