东莞社会医疗保险制度改革的思考

摘　　要：东莞社会医疗保险制度经过十年的改革取得很大成效,但仍存在着社区卫生服务制度不完善、社保基金过度超额等问题,对此,本文提出东莞社会医疗保险制度改革要注重对社区卫生服务制度的改革、要坚持对医院的改革等对策。After a decade of reform, Dongguan achieved a great deal in social medical insurance system, but the system of community health services is still inadequate, social security funds are excess. This paper focuses on community health service reform in Dongguan social medical insurance system reform, and on the reform Of the hospital.
