摘　　要：目的:了解我院近5年来头孢菌素类抗菌药物的临床应用情况,为其临床合理应用提供参考。方法:对2006—2010年我院头孢菌素类抗菌药物的品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:近5年来,医院头孢菌素类抗菌药物的用药金额、DDDs和DDC均呈逐年上升趋势,其中第3代头孢菌素占临床治疗的主导地位。结论:我院头孢菌素类抗菌药物应用总体情况基本合理,但是为延缓细菌耐药的产生,应进一步规范头孢菌素类药物的应用。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical utilization of cephalosporins during 2006-2010 period in our hospital for clinical reference of rational use of this kind of antibiotics.METHODS： The utilization of cephalosporins in our hospital during the period 2006-2010 was analyzed in respect of drug varieties,consumption sum,DDDs,and defined daily cost（DDC）.RESULTS： During the period 2006-2010,the consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of cephalosporins in our hospital assumed year-on-year increase,with the third generation cephalosporins leading the list in clinical treatment.CONCLUSION： The utilization of cephalosporins in our hospital was generally reasonable.However,in order to delay the occurrence of antibiotic resistance,it is of vital importance to further standardize the utilization of cephalosporins.
