艾滋病口腔炎含漱液对口腔黏膜与皮肤安全性的研究

摘　　要：目的通过动物口腔黏膜、皮肤给药安全性试验,观察艾滋病口腔炎含漱液的安全性,为临床用药提供安全性参考依据。方法按照国家颁发的皮肤安全性试验方法,将含漱液以0.425 g/ml和1.7 g/ml分别对白家兔进行急性毒性试验、口腔黏膜与皮肤刺激性试验,对豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性试验。用药后分别观察受试动物呼吸和中枢神经系统症状及其他的中毒表现、受药皮肤与口腔黏膜等情况,并做受药口腔黏膜、皮肤及其周围组织病理学检查。结果艾滋病口腔炎含漱液口腔黏膜给药相关的安全性试验项目符合临床应用要求。结论临床应用该含漱液是安全的。Objective To observe the safety of self-made Chinese herbal gargle on acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS） related stomatitis through animal oral mucosa and skin drug safety test. Methods According to skin safety test issued by the state,the gargle fluid of 0.425 g/ml and 1.7 g/ml were used for acute toxicity test,oral mucosa and skin irritation test on rabbit and the skin allergy tests on guinea pigs. And then, the respiratory and central nervous system symptoms,other toxic manifestations and the histopathological examination of skin and oral mucosa including its surrounding tissue were observed. Results The safety test of this gargle conforms to clinical application requirements. Conclusion The clinical application of self-made Chinese herbal gargle on AIDS related stomatitis is safe.
