摘 要:目的:研究苦豆子的生态适宜性,为科学选址、合理规划和生产布局提供参考。方法:以苦豆子的道地产区-宁夏盐城县为基点,运用《中药材产地适宜性分析地理信息系统》(TCMGIS),分析苦豆子的全国适宜产区。结果:分析结果表明,新疆维吾尔自治区、内蒙古自治区、甘肃、青海、山西、宁夏回族自治区、陕西、河北等8个省区的207个县市为苦豆子最适宜产区,最适宜产区面积总和为253179.33km2。此外,通过苦豆子产地适宜性初步分析推测苦豆子分布与土壤类型密切相关。结论:应用TCMGIS技术分析苦豆子生态适宜性具有一定的科学性和准确性,对苦豆子的引种栽培及科学规划具有重要的参考价值。Objective: Suitable ecological factors of Sophora alopecuroides L. were discussed, suitable growth regions of Sophora alopecuroides L. in China were analyzed, which provided a reference for standardizing planting site, as well as science and rational planning of production layout of Sophora alopecuroides L.. Methods: The TCMGIS (Traditional Chinese Medicine Geographic Information System) was used to analyze the appropriate producing area of Sophora alopecuroides L. in China. Yanchi County of Ningxia province, one of the main producing area of the geo - authentic crude drugs, was regarded as the analytical basal place. Results: The results show that 207 counties of 8 provinces, such as the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Gansu province, Qinghai province, Shanxi province, Shaanxi province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Hebei province, province are the best adaptive area according to the eco - soil condition the medicinal plants needed. The total area of the best adaptive producing zone is about 253 179. 33 km2. In addition, the studies infer that distribution of Sophora alopecuroides L. may closely related to the soil type. Conclusion: It is important to analyze the appropriate producing area of Sophora alopecuroides L. by means of TCMGIS. The results are useful for transplanting and cultivation of Sophora alopecuroides L.
