摘　　要：目的对影响老年人股骨颈骨折愈合的多种因素进行分析,为合理处理各影响因素提供理论依据。方法对246例老年股骨颈骨折患者进行影响因素分析。结果年龄、婚姻状况、功能锻炼、高血糖和是否具有骨折康复知识与股骨颈骨折愈合情况密切相关(P<0.05)。结论充分发挥保护因素的作用,预防危险因素,可以促进股骨颈骨折患者早日康复。Objective To analyze and evaluate the multiple factors impacted on healing of fracture of the femoral neck in elderly people. Methods The risk factors of fracture of the femoral neck analysis were performed in 246 elderly people. Results Age, functional training, high blood glucose and knowledge of fracture rehabilitation were the independent factors of healing of fracture of the femoral neck in elderly people （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion To take full advantage of protection factors and to prevent the risk factors, can promote patients with the fracture of the femoral neck recover soon.
