胶囊内镜检查76例的护理与卫生宣教

摘　　要：胶囊内镜检查是一种新型的、无创性的全消化道内镜检查,尤其对小肠病变诊断率高,安全无痛苦,易于被患者所接受。本组76例患者中,因不明原因消化道出血、腹痛、腹泻而接受检查外,健康体检占17例,均顺利完成检查,无并发症发生,共检出阳性病例64例,提出在临床推广过程中应充分评估患者,排除禁忌证,检查全过程的护理与卫生宣教也至关重要。Capsule endoscopic examination is a kind of novel and noninvasive digestive tract endoscopic examination, which has a high rate of diagnosis to small intestinal disease, and is easy to be accepted by patients because of its safety without any pain. In these 76 patients, besides those who accept examination due to digestive tract bleeding, abdominal pain or diarrhea, there are also 17 patients for health examination, all completed successfully without complication, and got 64 positive cases.This paper puts forward a viewpoint that they should do a full assessment of the patients in the process of clinical application to exclude contraindication, and the nursing and health mission during the examination is also very important.
