摘　　要：目的探讨护患沟通对住院患者抑郁的影响。方法以某综合医院2008年1个月不同科室住院患者为干预对象,调查患者544人,采用自身前后对照方法,比较护患沟通对住院患者抑郁得分影响。结果干预后抑郁平均得分有降低趋势,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良好的护患沟通能减轻住院患者抑郁状况。Objective To discuss the effects of nurse-patient communication on inpatients with depression.Methods To investigate patients randomly from a comprehensive hospital,these patients were in hospital in the same month of 2008 and in different wards.To use the method of cross-referencing and compare the influences of nurse-patient communication on the score of inpatients＇ depression before and after the intervention.Results The mean score of 544 inpatients＇ depression has the tendency of decreasing,which has statistics significance.Conclusion Good nurse-patient communication can lighten the depression of inpatients.
