摘　　要：针对战时部队卫生救治机构卫勤指挥需求,按照"平战结合,以战为主"的原则,综合利用powe rbuilder、oracle、xml、formula one等技术,建立了高效稳固的战救卫勤指控信息系统。该系统是一个集数据库、数据通信为一体,并具辅助决策指挥功能的综合性软件。主要描述了系统的设计思路、主要功能和技术特点。A reliable, efficient Battle to save command system is established to meet the special needs in wartime, according to the principle of ＂combining peacetime with wartime with emphasis on the latter＂ .Powerbuilder, oracle, xml technology and formula one are used in the systemo It is an all-around system which combines database with data traffico Its designing thought, main functions and technical characteristics are present in the paper.
