摘　　要：随着国际、国内区域卫生信息化的发展,对卫生信息化人才需求也不断增大,如何培养好既懂医学、又懂计算机技术以及医院管理的复合型卫生信息化人才,主管部门、高等院校、医疗机构本身是关键。With international and domestic development of regional health information technology, health information technology professionals demand is increasing, and how to cultivate a good thinker and medicine, computer technology but also understands the complexities of hospital management and health information professionals, authorities, higher hospital schools, medical institutions themselves is the key.
