摘  要:介绍了ER70S-6焊丝钢盘条的化学成分要求及各元素对拉拔、焊接性能影响。结合承钢含钒铁水冶炼的特点,通过严格控制提钒、炼钢、精炼以及连铸工序,ER70S-6盘条成分控制稳定,碳、硅、锰质量分数控制在中下限范围的达到90%以上,残余元素总和小于0.20%,其中钒质量分数控制在0.005%~0.008%,T[O]、[N]质量分数分别小于40×10-6、50×10-6,满足焊丝加工行业对盘条的质量要求,改善了因成分控制高引起的拉拔断裂现象。The chemical constitution requirement of welding-wire steel and the effect of elementary composition on the drawing and welding performance were analyzed.By strict controlling processes of V-extracting,steelmaking,refining and casting for smelting of vanadium-bearing hot metal of Chengde Iron and Steel Corporation,carbon,silicon and manganese content in the lower range were over 90%.The sum of residual elements was less than 0.20%,especially the vanadium content was limited to 0.005%~0.008%.In addition T of welding-wire steel were less than 40×10-6,50×10-6 respectively.Through above measures,the break caused of composition control was decreased in drawing.
