摘　　要：在焦化企业中焦炉的推焦车、拦焦车、加煤车、熄焦车按生产计划执行导焦、推焦、接焦和加煤等任务。在保证班计划能正确生成、下达的情况下将这些任务进行顺序控制可自动执行班计划,最终实现焦炉的自动化操作。全自动控制系统对降低工人劳动强度、提高生产效率、简化操作流程、确保安全生产等有重要的意义。主要介绍了焦炉全自动操作系统的开发以及在梅钢新焦炉系统中的应用。In coke-chemical plant the pushing machine,coke guide,larry car and quenching car of coke oven carry out some missions such as coke guiding,coke pushing,coke receiving,coal charging and so on.In the condition of task planning and transmitting correctly,it is very important to compile these missions in sequence and to make the plan execute automatically,finally to achieve the automatic operation of coke oven.The automatic control system is the foundation and the key to the automatic operation,it＇s significative to reducing laboring,improving efficiency,predigesting operation,insuring safety and so on.This paper mainly introduced the development and application of automatic control system for Meishan Iron and Steel Ltd.Co.＇s coke oven.
