摘　　要：目的 探讨在新医改政策下影响医院可持续发展的主要因素方法 运用灰色关联分析法对某院2007-2010年国家卫生统计直报数据从经济效益、医疗质量和卫生资源3个维度上进行关联度强弱的比较分析,得到目前条件下影响医院可持续发展较为显著的主要因素结果 从数据分析的结论可以看出与医院总收入关联度从高到低顺序排列分别为药品收入、医疗收入、总支出中人员支出、出院者住院总费用、诊疗总收入、平均每一住院病人费用、平均每一诊疗人次费用、财政补助收入、总支出.其中药品收入的关联最大,出院者住院总费用关联最小.同理,得到与治愈出院病人数关联由强到弱分别为无菌手术（Ⅰ级切口）愈合率、出院病死率、住院危重病人抢救成功率、急诊抢救成功率、急诊病死率、院内感染率、药物不良反应报告比率.最为相关的指标是无菌手术（Ⅰ级切口）愈合率,药物不良反应报告比率是相对关联最弱指标.而卫生资源维度中,注册护士与其他卫生资源的关联强弱从高到低分别为卫技人员、临床科室用户面积、执业医师、实有床位、固定资产、万元以上设备台数、财政补助收入、其他技术人员.反映出注册护士与卫技人员关联最紧密,而与其他技术人员关联最弱结论 针对3个维度的主要影响因素,建议采取有效措施应对主要问题,在现有基础上稳步提升医疗诊断能力,既实现高效又兼顾公平与和谐.Objective To explore effect factor of the sustainable development of hospital. Methods. Applying the gray relative analysis method to analyze 2007-2010 national health statistical reporting data of a hospital. Comparing relational grade from the three dimensions including economic efficiency, quality of medical and health resources. At last we got the most significant factors of the sustainable development of hospital in the current situation. Results Though data analysis , the relational grade with hospital revenue from high to low order respectively is drug income , medical income , proportion of personnel costs in total expenditure, hospital total cost of hospitalization, total revenue, average costs per inpatient, the average cost of clinic visits, finance allowance income, total expenditure. The relational grade of drug income is biggest, and the total expenditure is the most minimum. Similarly ,the relational grade with number of cured patients from high to low order respectively is Sterile surgical healing rate, mortality of discharged patients, rescue success rate of Critically ill patients, emergency rescue success rate, mortality of emergency, nosocomial infection rate, adverse drug reaction reporting ratios. The most relevant indicators are Sterile surgical healing rate, adverse drug reaction reporting ratios is the weakest effect factor. On the health resource dimension, the relational grade with registered nurses from high to low order respectively is health personnel, chnical department user area, medical practitioner, Actual bed, fixed assets, number of equipment sets above Ten thousand yuan,finance allowance income, other technical staff. It reflect the registered nurses is most closely associated with health personnel, relational grade of other technical staff is the weakest.
