摘　　要：探讨中医"治未病"思想的学术渊源、理论内涵以及在防治恶性肿瘤中的意义,并从未病先防、既病防变等方面研究"治未病"思想在Barrett食管诊治中的作用,为临床应用"治未病"思想指导消化道癌前病变的防治提供参考。It is discussed that academic origins,theoretical content and the significance in the fight against cancer of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂,and study the effect of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ in the role of diagnosis and treatment of Barrett＇s esophagus based on prevention of the occurrence of disease and prevention of the transmission and development of disease,for the clinical application of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ guide prevention and treatment of precancerous lesions of the digestive to provide a reference.
