超深复杂井用超高强度石油套管TP140V的设计开发及应用

摘　　要：在深入了解和分析超深复杂井中套管的服役工况和受力特点的基础上,结合典型的套管失效案例分析,设计了超深复杂井用套管TP140V的各项性能指标。结合实际装备情况设计了专用钢种,并制定了生产工艺和主要工艺措施。生产的套管各项性能指标完全满足设计要求,在国内某油田超深复杂井中试用成功后,已在国内外各大油田推广使用。The property target values of the TP140V oil casing for extra-deep complex well service are designed on the basis of in-deep investigation and analysis of the service conditions and loading characteristics of the casing in the extra-deep complex well,and analysis of the typical failure cases of the casing.Taking the actual circumstances of relevant equipment,the specialty steel type is also designed,and associated manufacture process and the key technological measures are determined.All the property target values of the casing produced as per the designs are in full conformity to the specified design requirements.After successfully trial-used in the extra-deep complex well in the oil field,the said casing has been spread,and used in the major oil fields of the country.
