摘　　要：介绍了太原通泽重工有限公司在无缝钢管热连轧设备设计制造方面的技术成果,包括将具有良好精度与动态调节特性的液压压下系统应用于连轧管机组,新型Φ140mm、Φ180mm系列6机架二辊连轧管机组(MPM)以及5机架侧换辊式三辊连轧管机组(TRCM)的设计开发。生产实践证明,通过控制系统开发、孔型设计以及机构优化等多个方面的改进,有效提高了连轧管机的轧制精度,有力推动了我国连轧管机的国产化。Introduced in the paper are the technological achievements as made by Taiyuan Tongze Heavy-duty Industries Co.,Ltd.,and concerning the manufacture and design of equipment of the mandrel mill process for hot-rolling of seamless steel pipes,covering employment of the hydraulic screwdown system as featuring high accuracy and dynamic setting function for the mandrel mill,and design and development of the new type Φ140 and Φ180 mm series 2-roll,6-stand mandrel mills（MPM）as well as the 3-roll,5-stand mandrel mill with lateral roll-change function（TRCM）.Relevant operation results of the mills show that the rolling tolerances of the mills are enhanced due to a number of modification measures involving development of the control system,the pass design and optimization of the mechanisms,etc.,which is regarded as a considerable contribution to speeding up the production localization of the mandrel mill.
