摘　　要：某公司35MN水压试验机安装使用以来,一直存在插销油缸频繁漏油的现象,分析原因是插销油缸O型密封圈损坏所致。通过将原水压试验机插销油缸换向阀由二位四通阀改为带有O型中位机能的三位四通阀,并利用O型中位机能的隔断油路的功能,避免了水压试验机挡料装置受管时对插销油缸无杆腔的压力冲击,有效杜绝了插销油缸漏油事故的发生。Since its start up,the 35 MN hydrostatic testing machine located in a certain company had been bothered with leakage of the pin hydraulic cylinder.After investigation,it is identified that the failure is caused by damage of the cylinder＇s＂O＂seal ring.Accordingly,the original 2-position 4-way change valve of the pin cylinder is replaced by a 3-position 4-way valve with the＂O＂type median function.Thus thanks to the self-locking operation via the median function,the non-rod chamber of the pin cylinder is well protected from the impact as occurring when the hydrotester＇s stop device is loaded with the pipe.As a result the above mentioned leakage failure is permanently fixed.
