摘  要:介绍了采用X射线衍射分析技术,对不同回火温度处理后Cr-Mo系抗腐蚀钢管的金相组织进行观察分析的结果;研究了回火温度与钢管位错密度、屈服强度、冲击韧性之间的关系;定性分析了调质处理后钢管内壁的应力以及常温到高温的钢管相变等。Presented here in the essay are the results of observation and analysis of the metallographic structures of the Cr-Mo series steel pipes as tempered at different temperatures via the X-ray diffraction technique.And studied is the relationship between the tempering temperature and relevant factors namely,dislocation density,yield strength and impact toughness of the steel pipe.Finally,quantitatively investigated are certain elements concerning the pipes as quenched and tempered such as the inner stress and the phase transformation as from the ambient temperature to the elevated.
